Products & Custom Orders

Many of our products are made-to-order or customized specifically for the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including sizes, colors, design selections, and personalization information before completing their purchase.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time an order is placed. Bee Wild Designs reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Order Processing

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and customization requirements. Estimated processing times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, Bee Wild Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, color selection, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Bee Wild Designs, customers must notify us within five (5) days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. If the issue is determined to be our error, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.

All designs, graphics, logos, photographs, and content displayed on this website are the property of Bee Wild Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bee Wild Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
