Thank you for shopping with Bee Wild Designs!
Processing Time
All items are made-to-order and/or customized specifically for each customer.
Please allow 4–5 weeks for order processing before your order ships. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During holidays, sales events, and periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will make every effort to notify you.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Bee Wild Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Circumstances beyond our control
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Bee Wild Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be resent.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
If you need additional assistance, please contact Bee Wild Designs and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.
If the issue is determined to be the result of our error, a replacement item will be provided at no additional cost.
