At Bee Wild Designs, each item is made-to-order or customized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, color selection, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is determined to be the result of our error, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

Requests submitted more than 5 days after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.
